Conference Semi-finals: Sadly, the seasonal trend continued with only three games completed. I guess the Northern Virginia Eagles had no chance against the Brooklyn Kings but they didn't help their chances with a no show. So the results were A 30-0 walkover for Brooklyn and an expected solid win for Boston.
The Southern matches were always going the way of the home sides and credit due they still went ahead. Not often a given in the USARL this season.
Conference Finals: The winners were expected but Tampa put up a brave effort in the Southern zone against the Axemen. Further north, it went the way of the very successful Kings team.
Grand Final: This was held on the 24th of August, 2019. I personally expected the Kings to take the final as they had home ground advantage. That despite the fact the Axemen convincingly won the final against the Kings last year. Mind you, it was hard to pick with much confidence, it could have gone either way.
As it turned out, the Brooklyn side took the final 12-6 in a tight, low scoring game. Brooklyn led 10-6 at the half time break.
