I hope it can be expanded as it is such an important part of the process of encouraging emerging nations in Europe to qualify and develop the game in their region. If only two teams are involved, it lessens the number of games and variety of styles they will be exposed to.
The 2018/19 results can be seen here, which were part of the 2021 World Cup qualifying process.
